At Armour Dance Theatre, we believe every child deserves the opportunity to pursue their potential. The Next Steps Scholarship Program helps remove financial barriers so that talented, dedicated students can deepen their training, pursue their goals, and prepare for future pathways in dance and beyond.
About the
Next Steps Scholarship
As part of our broader Next Steps initiative, scholarships provide access to exceptional dance training at the Armour Dance Theatre Academy while connecting students with performance opportunities, audition and college preparation, career exploration, and wraparound support that helps remove obstacles affecting students and their families. Our goal is to ensure that passion, commitment, and potential, not financial circumstance, determine a student’s opportunity to grow.
Scholarships are awarded based on demonstrated financial need, student commitment, and available funding.
Apply for a Scholarship
Families interested in applying for financial assistance are invited to complete the Scholarship Application. As part of the review process, applicants will be asked to provide financial documentation and information about their household.
Scholarship Recipient Expectations
Students receiving Next Steps scholarships are expected to demonstrate dedication through consistent attendance, positive conduct, and active participation in classes, rehearsals, performances, and other opportunities that support their artistic and personal growth.
